OLD DELHI

A walled city established in 1639 by Shah Jahan as Shahjahanabad, this city is a fusion of many cultures and religions. Take a walk through the ancient alleyways and you will realize that the city is still the same what it used to be back then with minor modifications. To one side, your soul will experience the prayers of Jama Masjid and to the other; you will see the people praying at Guru Sis Ganj Sahib.

MEHRAULI ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK
Delhi has been ruled over by several dynasties and has been demolished and established several times. The ruins and monuments of Mehrauli collectively called Mehrauli Archaeological Park is home to some of the most iconic structures including Qutub Minar which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The present Delhi was once divided into 7 cities and Mehrauli is one of them. The monuments here have roots back from the 10th century to the British era, including Khilji, Tughlaq, Tomar, Lodhi and Mughal Empire. Spread in around 200 acres, this historical park takes you to a journey of bygone era.
