Yoga is a 5000 year old Indian philosophy, a path towards total harmony of body, mind and spirit. An expert and young master Priya Vyas (certified Yoga Acharya), introduces us to this art of living, who has been dedicatedly practicing this from her young age. She gets immersed whilst teaching and explaining the various asanaas(body postures), to initiate interest. A special area with the Aravali hills in the background is earmarked where she passionately demonstrates this form. This is an engaging, hand on experience to explore one’s breathing pattern and discover the basics of Yoga.
