Jissu Jacob, originally hailing from Tellicherry, a town located on the coasts of the Malabar region in Kerala, pursued and completed his degree in English literature followed by a course in Tourism Management along with a language course in French from Alliance Française. With his love and passion for travel, he obtained the professional license to work as Government approved guide to accompany clients during their voyage across India.
Jissu has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Dravidian culture, traditions, and languages of South India.
Jissu’s favorite past time or hobbies are travelling, trekking, and also clicking moments. Interestingly, his preferred regions are Rajasthan, Varanasi, and Ladakh, even though he belongs to Southern India. When we talk about taste buds, his favorite food is Chicken momo (a dish popular in Ladakk or Nepal).
Jissu takes his life very seriously- “You have one life only. Live it to its full.”
